BEAUTIFUL flowers delivered a bit further than Bakersfield. So grateful that she was able to help me with my needs in delivering farther than usual and helping me celebrate someones birthday, that I couldnt be around for. Would recommend and will be coming back for future floral needs

I had a fantastic experience with One of a Kind Designs! When I needed to send flowers to my sister in the hospital during a holiday weekend, Anna stepped in with truly exceptional service. She quickly returned my call, took my order efficiently over the phone, and even sent me a picture of the finished arrangement before it went out for delivery. Her communication was excellent, including letting me know the moment it was delivered. The best. All I wanted to focus on for my wedding was the flowers. I did not know what exactly I wanted for my wedding, but I told her spring vibes and she understood the assignment! My bouquet was my favorite. I loved all the flowers. Everything was so beautiful. I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone and everyone!

Anna is an amazing florist!! She professional, knowledgeable and kind!! We met with her once and explained what we wanted and boy did she deliver the most beautiful flowers for our son and daughter in law’s wedding reception!! One star is generous i called and let her know she delivered dead flowers on Valentine’s Day! she said to enjoy them she will send out a new bouquet in a couple days (a couple = 2) 3 days later and we still hadn’t received anything so i let her know it’s ok we are no longer interested we’d rather a refund she says she guarantees her work or gives you a refund however she will make every excuse possible and then only send half of the 120$ it’s a joke we honestly told her she can keep the money it’s not about that it’s about keeping your guarantee! This is unprofessional and an embarrassment to her company! Save your money if you don’t want dead flowers! Or terrible customer service! I hope this company gets it together we love supporting locally but we will just stick to MT. Vernon florist!
